Payment Methods We accept all major credit cards, cheques (UK only) and PayPal. Security Your credit card / debit card details are encrypted using industry standard 128 bit encryption and stored on a secure server. They are erased permanently once your order has been processed. Debiting your Credit / Debit Card We will not take payment from your credit / debit card until your order is ready to be dispatched. Payment by Cheque or Postal Order Owing to the high cost of processing cheques and postal orders received from outside the UK, we regret that this form of payment is acceptable only from our customers in the UK. Orders will not be dispatched until the cheque or postal order has cleared, so please allow extra time for this. Back Orders If an item is not in stock, we will back order this for you or suggest an alternative, but we will always contact you by e-mail to advise you of the situation and provide you with the option of cancelling your order. Dispatch Times We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days of receipt of your order. Shipping The cost of shipping is calculated according to the contents of the customer's shopping basket and is based on the actual cost of shipping and packing. All items sent to the UK will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded unless otherwise requested. Items delivered outside the UK will be delivered via Royal Mail Air Mail. Ideally all orders outside the UK should be sent via Royal Mail International Signed-For; however this is at an additional cost of £3.50. This will entitle you to £32 insurance, a tracking number and a signature will be required at the destination address. Unfortunately we cannot provide a copy of the signature or say who signed for it. Gift Flair Ltd. cannot be held responsible should local customs/authorities wish to confiscate any particular item contained with the hamper, or charge any import duty. The recipient is responsible for paying the duty. See Shipping Costs for prices according to weight. Product Upgrades/Changes We do our utmost to have the latest image for each item, but please note items may slightly differ from the one shown. If there are any product changes we will inform you and provide you with the option of cancelling your order. Cancellation You may cancel your order by writing to us by post or e-mail within seven working days of receipt of the goods by you. You must then return the goods to us within fourteen days at your expense in an undamaged, unused and unopened condition. A credit note will be issued subject to deduction of the original shipping . This does not affect your statutory rights.
Damaged or Defective Items Damaged or defective items will be replaced at our expense, failing which a full refund will be made. |
